dub will be build into the bin directory, so that when the dub executable's location is added to the path, the build.cmd / build.sh is not made globally accesible.

Removed the DLL copies from vibe.d.

Also removed all implicit dependencies to vibe.d (such as always specifying the vibe.d source folder using -I).
Fixed expanding of packages with multiple package.json files (the top-level folder inside of the zip archive was detected wrongly).

Fixed the dub shell script.

Made the bin/dub shell script executable.

Half working version with some paths fixed (vibe.d must be checked out next to dub).

Renamed the files in the bin directory.
