This reverts commit db49cbe.

Remove Vibe.d HTTP support / library-nonet ...

library-nonet has been broken for years, and is not used.
Most importantly, it has no support for timeout.
Lastly, the likely reason it was originally introduced was to
avoid a hard dependency on cURL, something that has been fixed
in Phobos directly.

git ignore files generated by scripts/ci/travis.sh and move ignores from .gitignore to test/.gitignore

Add `exe` and `log` files to ignored.

Missed a couple changes in last commit.

Change order of describe-data tests, list should run before dmd as it's easier to debug.

Add 'dub describe --data-format=' to format the output of --data= directly for a compiler's commandline. Use --data-format=list to get the old list-style output.

Add 'dub describe --data='.

Fix the expected output files for the test scripts by generating them.

Add --import-paths and --string-import-paths as options for 'dub describe' instead of a new command. Add some scripts for testing the output of each, and a smoke test for 'dub describe'.
