Removed spurious loading of a package in the CWD. Fixes #25.

Update app.d

Implemented pre/post commands and --build=ddox + support "sourceFiles". ...

Other fixes:
 - fixed class Dub to work with other path than cwd
 - "files" has been deprecated in favor of "sourceFiles"
 - --build=docs also works now
 - Changed the way build flags are parsed (instead of checking every possible field for existence, all fields are iterated and their name is matched)

Displaying help for a command.

Reverted adding the dependency, when "dub install pkg" is called. Creating a dependency should not be done through install. Has impact on #12. ...

Additionally added the uninstall feature.

Fixed the "Checking dependencies" path to use native path format.

Compile fix.

When the user calls install from the command line, a dependency will be added to the project's package.json. However, this will reformat that file. Should now perform more like user expectations mentioned in #12.

Fixed naming convention for enum InstallLocation and avoid reinstalling packages that are already up to date.

Fixed "dub upgrade" when a package is stalled user or system wide.

Renamed all the "vibe" package to "vibecompat" to avoid conflicts.

Removed the vibe.d dependency by dragging in a minimal set of interfaces of vibe.d ...

The interfaces are reimplemented using standard Phobos functionality. Calls to
these interfaces will be gradually replaced by direct Phobos calls.

Added rudimentary support for the --arch= option and moved build type flag generation to a common place.

Mention the default command in the help screen.

Avoid use of deprecated functions + fixed package installation.

By default, the compiler is not invoked directly (can be overridden using --rdmd).

Fixed up the VisualD and Mono-D generators and changed their names on the command line to lower-case.

Added a new "build" generator that directly invokes the compiler. ...

This generator supports all compilers in contrast to the rdmd based one and will later be the default.

Moved empty package creation from app.d to the Dub class.

Changed the initial project source code (dub init) to not depend on vibe.d.

"dub build" and "dub run" are now also executed using the generator system (RdmdGenerator).

Also added support for gdmd and ldmd

Added basic GDC support (still has issues with the -of flag.

Implemented basic multi-compiler support (with only a dmd implementation right now).

Added a better error message in case dub was run outside of a package directory, issue #11.

Dub builds with VisualD with latest vibe. BuildPlatform is passed from app.d to the generators. System libraries are suffixed with '.lib' for VisualD.

Renamed Application to Project and put it into its own module + added a stub MonoD generator.

Failed file copies are now ignored (just a warning is printed).

Fixed startup.

More resolved conflicts, replaced usage of PackageStore with PackageManager.
