Add test for issue 502

Support new directory structure overlapped over the previous one.

Update PackageManager to scan the new paths successfully. Dependencies fetched using the previous way will be normally ignored and left lingering around.

Fetch packages one directory deeper.

Absolute paths seem like they work, but dustmite will then not be able to reduce the path based dependency, because the one from the source folder will be referenced.

This properly adjusts the path based dependencies of the root package. If other packages in the dependency tree have path based dependencies, this still won't work.

Fix "dub dustmite" when no explicit compiler/arch is given.
