Because NestedFieldRef references the parent's (FR) Name/FieldName,
it causes a circular reference error with parseAs.

Configy: Replace parseField with parseAs ...

This removes the need to keep the representation around and have
it stored in a field of the enclosing struct.

Bring in changes up to commit 45d8855.

Configy: Move dub-specific extension tests to their own module ...

Simplify synchronizing with upstream.
A couple comments were also added, and `@Name` was replaced with `@StartsWith`.

Because those fields usually cannot be processed by Configy.
fromYAML is a dub-only extension for now, so there is no upstream PR.

Configy: Add StartsWith as a shorthand for Name(name, true) ...

It is a more descriptive name, to be used extensively
for recipe parsing.

Bring in changes that were made after some issues in dub were found.

Configy: Implement soundexer-based key-matching in strict mode ...

This scales much better, e.g. when using Configy with dub's 54 config keys.

Those new features are not things we want to upstream,
but they allow parsing all recipe files using configy.

Those will be upstreamed to Configy as well.
