Having the fix for this issue in the parser means adding non-trivial logic.
It is easier to reason about to have this logic done as a post-processing step,
replacing the `autodetect` with the actually auto-detected version.
This also paves the way to have other `targetType` as default,
e.g. the `unittest` configuration should probably not be `library`.

Upgrade dub.selections.json

sdl/json: Do not create dummy dependencyBuildSettings entry ...

Because if a user provide an object as a dependency,
such as `{ "path": "foo/bar", "optional": true }`,
we would create a dummy entry in the AA.

sdl: Do not use deprecated aliases ...

Those usages were forgotten when the deprecation was implemented,
as they didn't show up with dub build, only dub test.

Currently, Dependency is a mesh of logic, having evolved from a SemVer + branch only
version specification to semver, branch, path, repository.
In order to bring it under control, and attempt to have a smarter dependency matching,
we must first isolate the different ways we specify dependencies.

commandline: Refactor and streamline special syntaxes ...

All those special syntaxes only trigger if args.length >= 2,
so first we can nest them in a new scope, which also makes
it visually more distinct.

Additionally, the third and second cases were actually inverted:
if the third case was to pass, it means the second case couldn't
have passed (because they check present/absence of an extension,
respectively), so we can swap them and use an else-if.

The result is arguably much more readable, and highlight the fact
that if the first case (stdin) is used, the second case will.
