Testsuite: Add no-test to copyFiles test ...

This test is only supposed to be run, not unittested.
It can create a problem when one wants to re-run the test suite,
as if the unittest have been built, there's an extra file in the bin directory,
which in turns makes the test fail.

testsuite: Use '|| true' when pipefail is involved ...

On Mac OSX, this script fails because of the behavior of pipefail.
A simple ' || true' solves the problem, while 'grep' still ensures
it behaves as expected.

testsuite: Replace a non-portable usage of rm (!) with dub clean ...

Who would have known that the following would pass on Linux but not Mac OSX:

Well surely not me. And indeed "b" is a file, not a directory,
so this rm didn't make sense. Just use dub clean. Like the rest of us.

testsuite: Skip gtkd test on non-Linux platform ...

This currently fails on Mac because the '.so' is hardcoded.
It should eventually be fixed, but for the time being,
my objective is to get things to pass on my machine.

It's the little things in life, like being able to re-run your test-suite
on your own machine, that makes the greatest joy.

After the initial run, one couldn't run this test again as the expected message

Use a value < ushort.max for tests using the test_registry ...

It is possible for the PID to be >= 65536, in which case the dub_registry
would fail to parse the argument and error out.
This can be frequently experienced on long running systems,
for example Mac OSX.

test_registry: Parse the port as a ushort, not a uint ...

Otherwise we get a failure inside Vibe.d when the port is > ushort.max,
which can happen easily, e.g. on Mac OSX.

Vibe.d officially stopped supporting DMDFE 2.076.0 as of:
https://github.com/vibe-d/vibe.d/commit/4755eb4980e543f1de9d542f4f0e2caf0d6a2306

While vibe.d didn't break compatibility immediately, the latest release
fails to build with DMD 2.076, which causes pull requests to fail. This
commit bumps the min_frontend in several tests that use vibe.d to
reflect this.

fix #1556: dub --cache=local fetch + build ...

Building a package that was locally cached failed, because
the dependencies whould be fetched at the wrong destination.

For example if one tries to build the package 'optional':

$ dub --cache=local fetch optional
-> optional is now at ./.dub/package/optional
$ dub --cache=local build optional
-> fails because the dependency bolts was fetched to
./.dub/package/optional/.dub/package/bolts.

This is fixed by not overwriting the root path if dub builds
a package from the cache.

Fix issue 1277: Missing dub.json causes infinite loop ...

For some reason, having a 'source/app.d' was recognized as being in a package.
This would load an empty package with no manifest and send the dependency resolver
in an infinite loop.
Remove the special detection of 'source/app.d' and rely only on manifest.
Another option would have been to detect 'source/app.d' as a single-file package,
but that is a bit too much magic (the user can just 'dub run --single source/app.d').

Fix local cache

Fix issue #1775: preBuildCommand does not take root into account ...

This fixes the case reported, by passing the 'Package.path()'
(which is forwarded by 'Dub.rootPath') to runCommand.
