Fix Posix build script.

No rdmd is necessary anymore and the call to "uname -a" has been changed to
"lsb_release -i" to detect the distribution more reliably. This needs to be
properly fixed, though, by looking at the GCC version or by using a
workaround that works on older _and_ newer versions.

Don't print build success after build errors.

Fix the build script for non-Ubuntu systems.

dub will be build into the bin directory, so that when the dub executable's location is added to the path, the build.cmd / build.sh is not made globally accesible.

Add workaround to enable compilation on Ubuntu.
