Errors were not displaying properly in sublime text before because of the extra empty group capture. 
That group was being interpreted at the error text when the one right after is actually the error text.

This still generates lots of deprecation warnings, but successfully compiles with vibe-core, as well as with the old vibe-d:core package.

Fix Issue #931

Changes the name of SublimeText folders of a subpackage by the one of the base package. This avoid misnaming of folders in SublimeText project generation.

Code for the DMD compiler always adds -vcollums flag if the frontend
version is => 2066. The old regex assumes that the error message has
only a line number. This change fixes the generator so that it enables
error navigation for this specific compiler setup.
