Pass 'x86-64' arch to LDC instead of 'x86_64'

Resolving sub packages failed for packages that were not available locally and had all of their sub packages specified within the main dub.json.

Fix "dub dustmite" with versioned dependencies. ...

All packages copied to the dustmite destination folder now get their package description overwritten with the "version" field explicitly set. This fixes packages that have been GIT cloned locally, where the version is determined from the git tags.
