Package.getBuildSetting() now determines all source folders and recursively collects all source files there.

Binary and intermediate directories are now properly set for Mono-D projects. Fixes issue #32.

 - "files" has been deprecated in favor of "sourceFiles"

The Mono-D project generator now puts external source files in the same source hierarchy as the main project files.

Fixed optimize and symdebug flag for visualD, supports unittest configuration.

The interfaces are reimplemented using standard Phobos functionality. Calls to
these interfaces will be gradually replaced by direct Phobos calls.

This generator supports all compilers in contrast to the rdmd based one and will later be the default.
