All file backups are incremental (using rsync). We should provide the ability to start afresh and either archive and/or delete the older backup.
Reasons are either to save space, since the backup will continue to contain files which may have been deleted, or to overwrite an old backup where it becomes clear it has some corruption (e.g. a virus) and is not suitable to be restored.
This might be implemented as another button next to the existing 'backup now' button.
This only applies to file backups since database backups are fresh every time.
