DB backups 2nd run functionality #4

It is not clear that the 2nd and subsequent runs of a database backup will overwrite the old backup if it has been zipped. The old backup should probably be saved first so that it is not corrupted if the new backup fails. After the new backup succeeds and is zipped, the old should then be deleted.

Backup simple overwrites the old file. The simplest enhancement is to save a copy first and delete the previous copy.
